Practitioner’s Rights

As a practitioner working with a patient participating in our health program:

  • You have the right to have information about the program, including programs and services provided in conjunction with the sponsoring organization, its staff and its staff's qualifications and any contractual relationships.
  • You have the right to decline to participate in or work with our programs and services for your patients, if contractually possible.
  • You have the right be informed of how the programs coordinate its interventions with treatment plans for individual patients.
  • You have the right to know how to contact the person responsible for managing and communicating with your patients.
  • You have the right to be supported by the company to make decisions interactively with your patients regarding their health care.
  • You have the right to receive courteous and respectful treatment from our staff.
  • You have the right to communicate complaints to us.
